Exceptional value perfect ecological external canister filter from the London Aquatic Centre. Suitable for Marine and Fresh water with superstrong filtration capacity. Suitable for tanks 2 feet and above, this filter is rated at 1000 lph.

The Jebo canister filter system uses a multi-stage approach to filtration, separating a number of distinct filter materials into easy access baskets. The wide variety of filter materials provide waste-free water, strong biological purification and active control of water characteristics. By combining wide media choice with ease of access, the aquarist can customize filtration style to the aquarium's actual need. Media included.

With the turnaround valves of safety design, water flow can be controlled delicately as desired. The connecting tube ends are threaded to prevent the rubber pipes from loosening. Press the round circular button, water from the tank will flow into the filter, the air will then be squeezed out and go to the other end of the outlet tube. The filter media is designed in simple modules for easy replacement and cleaning. They will not be confused with each other. The media boxes are very light

this filter IN MY OPINION is the k9s nuts, It is HALF the price of the FLUVAL equivelent and just as efficient, OK, I aint had it long but if it lasts half as long is my old fluval 303 ill be suited, easy to setup and priming is so simple , For the money you cant go wrong, the postage was fast as well as being well packaged, cant be beat for about £50..........

had mine about a week I think. easy to set up quite more powerful then my ecco 2232 filter its great will by another when i replace my ecco.

Now been running both my filters,828 from FEB, 825 from MARCH.
I would not buy another 825, I have had the head replaced due to it becoming very noisy, and the new one has now gone the same way after a few months.
My 828, which has been running longer is still quiet.

The bleeding problems, I don\'t have a JEBO but I do have an Eheim 2236, this is another one that is hard to bleed, but I have found a solution, once you have cleaned it out, fill it back up with water close the lid put in the pipes and switch on, it works straight away.

I have a 825 and an 828.

Bad points: Takes time to bleed air out, Pick up mesh could have had a sturdier fitting. You have to pull the plug in and out to bleed as it does not have a switch fitted.

Good points: Good filtration, Good flow rates, Great size baskets allowing media changes to your needs, Quiet once bled.

If you buy one, I would order more large ceramic rings as the basket can hold more than supplied.

Other than the bleeding issue, I am happy with both my filters and would buy the same again if required.
