Ordered Thursday night arrived Saturday morning, excellent service as per usual, Charterhouse can't be beaten on delivery they are so reliable. The pump is being used in a 60L Marine Biorb Conversion. It gives great flow and was pretty easy to hide as it's a compact size compared to my previous powerhead that looked huge in my Orb. It also comes with a 3 year gurantee which boosts confidence in the product.

Fantastic service from Charterhouse.

I ordered on Sunday evening, and the pump arrived very early Tuesday morning.

Pump is in full working condition, and the quality is superb.

Now I just need to find a fitting hose adjustment to help with water changes.

I was really impressed with the level of service I received from Charterhouse both over the 'phone and via e-mail. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company for all aquatic needs. I will certainly be using them again to obtain extras for the BiOrb 30 that I purchased. Replace your rattling stock Orca Nano tank pumps with this - mighty flow, quiet and cheap! It's also slightly smaller (shorter in height - so you'll need a longer connecting tube). A1 service from Charterhouse too.

Fantastic pump recommend to anyone who needs it for the extra flow under the live rock. the cheapest I found on the WEB.
