Put the purchase order in Monday, product arrived by courier at no extra charge on Tuesday. Absolutely fantastic Chaterhouse, thank you.

The product is excellent too, although took some fancy pipework to fit to a Juwel 240 with a backing, but now it's all in it is fantastic, moreover it is virtually silent too, the clock ticking in the office is far louder.

Will definitely use Charterhouse again – thanks so much.

Ordered one of these from CA late last week and it arrived early today (Monday) - very good service provided by CA and their couriers to get one to me so quickly.
The box contains everything you need to install the filter and is pretty straightforward to put together.
All media is included and looks to be very good quality. There is absolutely nothing else you need to buy to get this unit working.
The filter itself is very sturdy, has no sharp edges for you to injure yourself on and includes a decent UV sterlizer, so there's no need for any more ugly pipes and clips to be hung on the outside of your tank to install a separate UV unit. It makes for a very neat and tidy installation.
It took well under an hour to unpack, read the manual, prepare the media and get the filter up and running and it is almost totally silent once the air has been completely purged which is done automatically, so no worries there.

All things considered, this is a product I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good quality external filter that is well built, very easy to install and use, does it's job very well (brilliant results running it on my old tank - crystal clear by the end of the day!) and comes at a great price too.
